Why a sleep bag
Good nights start with a good wrap
A sleep bag is a blanket your baby wears. It stays on through every roll and kick, so the crib stays clear and bedtime looks the same every night.
For baby
- Stays covered all night, no blanket to kick off
- Room to kick, roll and settle naturally
- Same cozy feel at home, at grandma's, on trips
- A bedtime cue: zip up means sleep time
For parents
- No 2 a.m. trips to re-cover a cold baby
- Follows the "nothing loose in the crib" safe-sleep guidance
- Bottom zip for diaper changes without a full undress
- One weight, one size at a time: nothing to overthink
The gift every new parent uses
A sleep bag is the baby-shower gift that gets worn every single night. Pair it with a matching swaddle, add gift wrap and a note at checkout, and it arrives ready to open.
Questions parents ask
What is TOG?
TOG is a measure of how warm a sleep bag is. The higher the number, the warmer the bag. Ours is 1.5 TOG, a comfortable year-round weight recommended for rooms around 68–72°F.
Does it run big or small?
True to size. Buy for your baby's current weight and height; if they're between sizes, size up for room to grow. The size chart is above the size buttons.
Can my baby wear it once they roll over?
Yes. A sleep bag is a wearable blanket with nothing loose in the crib, and the armholes leave arms free. Stop using swaddles once rolling starts, but sleep bags are made for this stage.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry low or lay flat.
How fast will it ship?
Orders ship from California within 1–3 business days. US shipping is free over $80.
What's your return policy?
Free 30-day returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags. Email Hello@hugsngiggles.com to get started.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Tick "Is this a gift?" in your cart to add a note, or build a gift box from the Gifting menu.
