Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Items must include original tags and original product packaging

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Refunds are issued excluding original shipping & handling fees
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

For smaller returns, please return items using a poly mailer or bubble envelope. Additional fees may apply if items are returned in large or oversized boxes.
To start a return, please contact us at hugsngiggles01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You may also initiate the return by logging into your Hugs & Giggles online account. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a separate new order.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

7. A Note on Sizing & Color
We strive to represent sizing and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and individual fit preferences. We recommend reviewing size charts carefully prior to placing an order.
